One of the foundational elements of the 3C Framework is moving the participant experience from passive to active. Perhaps the easiest, most efficient tool available to create this shift is the Active Learning Cycle, where participants reflect on what was presented, share in small groups and then voices are invited to share with the whole room. This simple, yet powerful choreography is able to amplify the being shared in a way that deepens the participant’s learning & comprehension. Active learning cycles can be done very quickly, in just a few minutes, or in a more extended, relaxed format if time permits.
