Who is this training for?

This training is for consultants, facilitators, and leaders who want to master the Appreciative Inquiry process and apply it to drive systemic change.

I’m new to Appreciative Inquiry. Can I still attend?

Yes! Whether you’re new to Appreciative Inquiry or experienced, this immersive training will provide the tools, strategies, and confidence to succeed.

Do I need additional training? What kind of background do I need?

Highly recommended background: 

 ✓ Completed xchange Conscious Facilitation Masterclass (CFM) and/or Guide Certification Program (GCP) 

 ✓ Minimum of 3+ years designing and facilitating large group gatherings 

 ✓ Direct line of sight for where you will apply this methodology to generate a return on your investment in the training

Is there prep work for this event?

There are two pre-learning sessions that will happen on Zoom.

What airport do I fly into?

Cleveland (CLE) Hopkins Airport is about 30-min. from our event location.

How do I get from the airport to the event venue or hotel?

We recommend rideshare via Uber, Lyft or Taxi. We will also be providing the space for you to self-organize ride shares with other attendees as we get closer to the Summit.

What should I pack?

As much as we would love to control the weather, Mother Nature is going to do her thing! We recommend bringing the following:

  • Casual, comfortable clothing – we recommend dressing in layers to be prepared for all possible weather conditions (think jeans, close-toed walking shoes, rain jacket…)
  • Reusable water bottle

What is our cancellation policy and refund policy?

Cancellation or transfer requests for in-person events must be submitted in writing via email to hello@xchangeapproach.com.

  • More than 60 days prior to the in-person event: 100% refundable.
  • 59 to 45 days prior to the in-person event: 50% refund or a credit to our next summit.
  • 44 to 30 days prior to the in-person event: 25% refund or a credit to our next summit.
  • Less than 30 days prior to the in-person event: 0% refund or a credit to our next summit.

The credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance. If credit is not utilized within the one year period of time, the credit will be canceled.
