In the last week, I’ve received 15+ pieces of direct criticism.
Considering our team led two major events, with over 750 participants, this isn’t abnormal.
In the past year, I’ve personally read over 5,000 participant surveys, end to end, with plenty of criticism of me, or our work, and our facilitation approach.
