Know your participants!
We start almost all of our client and community events with a connection to purpose activity, designed to create the opportunity for participants to slow down, pause and meaningfully connect with the reason or purpose for the event and why it’s important for them to be there.
It’s so important to have a deep understanding of your participant group, so you can “meet them where they’re at” and offer a question that is relevant, generative and accessible for them.
