Lucinda combines a variety of leadership practices – including innovative program design, crowdsourcing, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and systems-level approaches – to support mission achievement, improve reputation and credibility, and strengthen financial sustainability.

A versatile and adaptable leader, Lucinda has held positions in the nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors where she specialized in leading teams engaged in program management, policy and advocacy, and philanthropy. She is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at University of Massachusetts Global.
