Is the XCHANGE Approach right for me if I'm just starting my business and/or I don't currently lead, teach or convene any type of group yet?

Yes, if leading, teaching or convening groups is an aspiration of yours, the XCHANGE Approach is likely the fastest path for you to be successful.

Is the XCHANGE Approach good for one-to-one coaching?

Absolutely! One of the fundamental learnings in the XCHANGE Approach is question design, which is an excellent opportunity to hone your skills and get better results with your clients. You will also learn how to effectively convene small groups and design conversations for exponential outcomes, creating opportunities to go from one-to-one to group coaching

Is individual coaching offered as part of membership?

Unlimited Members can request and receive coaching (Design Studios) from our senior training team (Steve Bouchard, Adair Cates). For many members, this benefit alone is worth the price of membership.
Community Members have access to recordings of all design studios, and are also welcome to attend live, for their own learning.

Additionally, all of our Deep Dive training, our various learning events, Guest Mentor sessions, and our private FB group, create opportunities to give and receive support amongst other members.

Unlimited Members who take advantage of our Action Taker Discount also have the benefit of a personalized strategy call with an experienced member of our team, within the first 6 months of membership. There are also small group coaching opportunities with our Business Accelerator events and our bi-monthly Design Studios.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time during the annual subscription period. What we cannot promise is that our prices will be the same. Additionally, Action Taker discounts are only applicable during OXE.

How do I get XCHANGE Guide Certified?

For new members joining as of March 15, 2023 the path to becoming a Certified XCHANGE Guide is outlined below. As an Unlimited Member, all associated costs with getting certified are covered:

Attend Online XCHANGE Experience (OXE) twice, at least once as a member of the Leadership Team
Attend Awakening Conscious Leadership Experience (ACLE) training
Attend OXE Level 2
Post 2 #DEBRIEF posts in our members only Facebook group, following the approved format
Submit your application for approval

NOTE: Members who joined before March 15th 2023 have until December 31, 2023 to apply for Guide Certification following the certification requirements in effect at the time of joining membership.

After your application is approved, pay the applicable one-time $500 certification fee (waived for Unlimited and Inner Circle members). Your certification is valid for 12 months. To maintain your certification, follow the renewal process:

Remain a member of the XCHANGE community in good standing
Attend one online or in-person XCHANGE training AND submit 2 additional #DEBRIEF posts in our Facebook group during the 12-month period
Submit the required renewal form, along with a $250 renewal fee (waived for Unlimited and Inner Circle members)
